5. functions and features

5.1 speed adjusting system: equip with full digital motor and reducer, stable and have protecting functions of over current, over voltage, over load, etc. Speed range can be 0.5-500mm/min (speed can be reach up to 1000mm/min)

5.2 transmission mechanism: adopting circular synchronous toothed belt and presice ball screw, transmit stable, low noise and high efficiency

5.3 test fixture connecting: cardan joint adopts cross pin frame and angle limitation, which can both ensure the concentricity during test and eliminate effective to force sensor for sample with irregular shape.

5.4 operating system: touch panel, LCD display in real time, attractive and convenient.

5.5 auto calibrating: system can do auto calibrating for force value.

5.6 auto display: during the whole test, the LCD screen auto display test force, displacement, peak value, running state, test speed, etc.

5.7 auto control: after finished input test parameters, auto complete the whole test by one button press.
