1. Introduction
The LBH-20 (30) asphalt mixing machine is composed of three main parts: a heating pot, a mixer, and a lifting mechanism. The temperature of the heating pot can be arbitrarily set from room temperature to 250 ℃ and automatically controlled. The mixer consists of a mixing head, an electric motor, and a mixing paddle. During operation, the stirring paddle rotates in the pot to mix the mixture, and the mixing time is controlled by a timer. The lifting mechanism is composed of motor, reducer, and screw, used to achieve the lifting of the mixer. When feeding or discharging, the mixer is lowered to the lowest position; When stirring, the mixer rises to the highest position.
2. Main Features
2.1 High resolution LCD display screen, full LCD display, Chinese and English interface support, friendly and intuitive. Humanized interface design and operation experience, clear display of all test status and information, and display screen prompts for operation steps.
2.2 The expert PID adjustment algorithm achieves a temperature control accuracy of ± 3 ℃. After 40 minutes of opening the temperature control, the temperature fluctuation is less than ± 1.5 ℃.
2.3 The built-in expert PID Self-tuning function can automatically optimize the temperature control parameters to the best state.
2.4 The unique and configurable temperature compensation function avoids the phenomenon of low pot temperature caused by temperature measurement points not reflecting the actual temperature.
2.5 Program controlled mixing, automatically rising and stirring after startup, and automatically descending after stirring. After the heating pot drops to half a distance, stop and wait for the operator to use tools to clean up the remaining mixture of the stirring paddle. The heating pot will automatically descend after a delay. The instrument for this process does not require manual intervention.
