1. features

• Suitable for test sample preparation with diameter of φ100mm and φ150mm. The rotary compactor is equip with φ150mm test sample attachment and the φ100mm test sample attachment is optional.
• Adopting high precision imported pressure keeping valve, small pressure fluctuation during test.
• Using silent air pump and air storage tank, not need to connect to external air compressor.
• Equip with electrical demolding device, can auto demold.
• The electrical protecting door can be operated by touch screen. During auto compacting, the protecting door can auto open according to running state of rotary compactor under the security program control. The special high level user mode allows closing system security system, so that the test can be completed when the protecting door is open.
• Hidden built-in LED lighting system.
• Imported PLC and 10.1 inch touch screen with closed loop control functions. The angle, height, number of turn, density can be displayed on the screen in real time. Height control and turning number control mode can be selected for specimen forming.
• The rotary compactor can record compact curve and parameters and the test information can be output to EXCEl through USB.
• Equip with calibrating tool and box including height and axial force calibrating and other optional tools. The optional tools should ordered separately.
