1.introductions
The bituminous mixture flexural creep testing machine is to measure the flexural creep strain rate of hot bituminous mixture test sample under certain temperature and loading force. The test sample size is prismatic beam with 250 length, 30mm width and 35mm height.
2. Main Features
- 7-inch full color LCD screen displaying pressure, deformation, curves, etc
- Servo motor controls axial loading, with precise speed and accurate pressure, which can be loaded to the target value in one go
- Equipped with bending point test function and bending creep test function, one instrument can complete two types of tests.
- Equipped with segmented sampling function. Within 10 seconds of starting loading, the sampling rate shall not be less than 100Hz, followed by 5 minutes of no less than 1Hz, and then continue at a sampling rate of no less than 0.2Hz until the end of the test.
- A reliable refrigeration system that is compatible with both a constant temperature box and a constant temperature water tank, completing bending creep experiments at low and high temperatures.
- Reliable bending fixture structure, which will not cause compression deviation or affect displacement when the specimen breaks.
