1. introductions
The asphalt content analyzer by combustion method can quickly, accurately measure the asphalt content, it is very suitable for large scale continuous production at the mixing plant and highway supervision inspection.
2. features
2.1 colorful big touch LCD screen, display loss curve and temperature curve in real time.
2.2 it has functions of auto temperature control, door lock status detecting, auto power off when door opens. It equip with active smoke exhaust system and built-in secondary combustion chamber, more environmentally. Improved chamber body and frame makes low temperature outside the chamber surface during continuous working.
2.3 equip with high accurate balance, allow calibrate balance without take off the balance.
2.4 it can save independent 30 groups combustion plan for different asphalt mixture. It allows to set stop condition, combustion temperature, aggregate coefficient, high temperature time period and high temperature range separately to meet with requirement of different asphalt mixtures.
2.5 it can save 100 groups test results for enquiry and print anytime.
