1. introductions
The emulsified asphalt adhesion tester is suitable for determining the initial setting time and open traffic time of emulsified asphalt slurry seal layer mixtures.
It mainly consists of pneumatic structures, pressure heads, bidirectional control valves, force measuring wrenches, circular test molds, and other components.
The air pressure structure can be connected to a bicycle pump or an air compressor to pressurize the cylinder. Pressure can reach up to 700kpa and the pressure can be adjusted according to requirement. Height of oil cylinder is 76.2mm.
The pressure head is installed at the lower part of the transmission rod, and there is a rubber pad at the contact place with the test piece.
The bidirectional control valve can raise or lower the rubber base.
The force measuring wrench is installed on the transmission rod, and a torque gauge is installed on the wrench. The maximum torque is not less than 350N. cm, and the diameter of the transmission rod is 8cm.
