2. applications
This product is an ideal high-quality testing equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, boiler vessels, aerospace and other enterprises and institutions. This series of models adopts hydraulic loading, convenient operation, stable performance, safe and reliable. The test operation and data processing conform to GB/T228.1-2010 “Metallic Material Room Temperature Tensile Test Method”, according to: GB, ASTM, DIN , ISO, JIS, BS and other standards to conduct experiments.
3. Machine features
3.1 mechanical structures
- Bottom oil cylinder structure
- Tension test space between upper and middle crossbeam, compression,bending test space between middle crossbeam and workbench.
- Test space adjusting through movement of middle crossbeam to perform tension,compression and bending test
- Harding contacting mode of working bench and oil cylinder,medium pressure balanced piston always lay at the center of oil cylinder, effective reduce friction between oil cylinder and piston, test measuring more accurate.
- Precise processed structure members use steel casting after heating treatment
- Columns and driving parts use high performance alloy steel and strictly checked and carefully installed, main loading frame is high rigid and in good stability.
- Oil cylinder use gapless sealing,no oil leakage
- The jaws are clamped by a central double cylinder with direct push, overcoming sliding and deformation, convenient for install and uninstall and prolong working time
3.2 control and measuring system
- Full digital closed loop control and measuring, computer displays test procedures and test, computer software deal with test data and allow re-analyze after test by zoom test curves and display value at each point on the curves
- Control mode of force control, deformation control, displacement control, and different control mode can switch smoothly during test according to the setting sequence before test.
- Software calculate ReH(upper yield strength), ReL(lower yield strength),Rp0.2(set non-proportional elongation strength),Rt0.5(set total elongation strength),Rm(tension strength),E(elastic modulus) and other special parameters
- Force keeping functions at constant force loading, deformation loading and displacement loading
- Use database manage mode, auto save test data and test curves
- Software and mechanical protecting functions of over load, over current, over voltage, over speed, limit stroke, etc.
- Software allow client make new test steps according to different test requirement
3.3 optional functions
Machine allows to equip with special test grips for different tests, such as tensile test grips for bolts and nuts, bending/flexural test accessories for rod and plate, shear test accessories for round bar shear test, compression test grips for concrete or cement compression test, flexural/bending test, splitting tension test, elastic modulus test and other test accessories according to order.
