1. Product introduction

The 25T rubber vulcanizing press machine is suitable for vulcanizing various rubber and plastic molded products and non-model products. It can also be used for pressing test specimens in laboratories and research institutes.

The 25-ton single-layer flat vulcanizing machine is a column structure, and the pressing form is a down-pressure type.

The 25T rubber vulcanizing press machine is equipped with YCB-25/4 type double pump, which is directly driven by the motor. The motor is started by magnetic starter, and the built-in thermal appliance is used for overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or encounters a fault, it will automatically stop. .

The middle hot plate of the 25-ton single-layer flat vulcanizer is accurately installed in the middle of the four columns and is equipped with guides. The flat vulcanizing machine is heated by a tubular electric heating element, does not need a boiler, reduces air pollution, keeps the workshop clean, is convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and can be used by a single machine, which is convenient for the user. The flat vulcanizing machine is provided with a storage tank in the lower left corner, which is filled with oil, and the oil pump is used for circulation work. The flat vulcanizing machine is recommended to use N32# or N46# hydraulic oil. The oil must be filtered through a 100 mesh/25×25 filter before it can be injected into the fuel tank. The oil must be kept clean and free of impurities.
